It can be applied as an over-lay to your natural nail to provide more protection if your nail type struggles to keep gel polish on them, or, it can be applied to build enhancements for really short/bitten nails - as well as building medium and longer enhancements using tips or forms. This product comes in clear and several other neutral shades (excellent for French manicures) Fantastic product that will last at least 4+ weeks and can be refilled easily also.
